Privacy

Still is built on a simple promise: your data stays on your phone. This page explains what that means in plain terms.

What we collect

On your device (never leaves your phone):

• Your streak count, hold history, and slip dates
• Urge logs and trigger selections
• Reflections and any text you enter
• Your Reduce Intensity preference

Anonymous analytics (sent to Google Firebase Analytics):

• Anonymous app events (e.g., "paywall opened", "urge timer started")
• An anonymous variant tag (A, B, or C) for product testing
• Standard device info (iOS version, app version, country) provided by Firebase
• Crash and performance data, if available

We never log streak counts, slip details, urge content, reflection text, or anything that could identify you personally.

What we do not collect

• Your name, email, phone number, or address
• Your Apple ID or any account credentials
• Your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera
• Anything you type into reflections, journals, or "Why I'm here"

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Still uses RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier from Apple — not your name or email. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to that data.

Tracking

Still does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.

Children

Still is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone in this age group.

Your rights

Because your data lives on your phone, you control it directly:

• Export: Settings → Export data → save a JSON backup.
• Delete: Settings → Reset all data → instantly clears everything.
• Move to a new phone: Use Export, then Import on the new device.

Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced in-app.
